1 - Always go for the Royal angle
2 - Tits
3 - Everything else. But no-one is interested in it. Replace with tits or royalty.

but it's not as widely enjoyed, possibly because it merely re-inforces popular opinions of America and americans - the locals don't see it as parody, more as documentary. ;-)

but it doesn't happen often, and usually they flop - only real "exception" is Linsey Dawn MacKenzie, who was never going to be considered a child.
