The kid was supposed to at first glance be a camp inmate asking the nazi goat 'Why?' 'Why would you do this to me?' But it worked a lot better in my head. Ho hum.

I assumed that was the intentionjust the lack of a line for him to be saying why to disurpts the lols with confusion.
Add one at the start with the big goat saying "get in to the shower"
and change the last line to "because you're too dirty to go to bed yet, and don't forget to brush your teeth"
