Don't know the name of the actor but there was an Irish man with one armin Robin's Nest. Man about the House I remember the opening episode when Robin Trip is found in the bath. sheesh

David Kelly, he's credited up there ^^^^^(He didn't really have one arm)
He was the odd job man for George and Mildred, the landlords in Man About The House and George's drinking buddy. He had one arm in that too.
