[challenge entry] am i doing it wrong, or is this just a bit of a rubbish compo?

but people don't have to do stuff for the challenge, they can draw their own funnies remember

P.S. It's so long since I saw predator I can't be sure what your end frame is, is that the nuclear blast?

no, you're right. i struggle with the compo side of b3ta.
A compo was what drew me here in the first instance (films remade with animals) 100% excellent compo entries. Then i stuck around for the random off the wall funnies.
Now there seems to be a couple of days of threadrushing tenous compo pics, peas and well, you get the point.
I don't hate it, for sure, but I dunno, does it detract from the randomness, inspiration and insane bandwagons?

and was being beaten by CLUNES but then the God and Master of All stepped up and said he liked this idea and, surprise surprise, suddenly it overtook everything in the poll and that's what we ended with.

The only times I've ever seen Rob comment on which challenge to do, that's the one that gets picked. Fair enough, it is his website.
