I received an email instructing me to take down a pic of Gordon Brown,based on the naked Johnny Vegas Observer magazine cover photo.
This was after I advised someone who wanted to use it to approach the original photographer to discuss terms & that I couldn't/wouldn't charge for the photomontage.
2007 - I have the email from the photographer's representative saying 'you are therefore in breach of EU copyright law and are committing a criminal offence.'

I also had my Trainspotting/MPs expenses video taken down by YouTube after it had been running for a few weeks and after Channel 4 had its logo put adjacent to the video while it was up. (I think Trainspotting was C4 Films)
