stuff like this should only be done by some independent film company who are not controlled by Hollywood's lust for box-office dollars and dumbing things down. But that's just my opinion.

# This is true. But Wrath of the Titans of is a completely new film never been done, not a remake or anything and was done better than I anticipated.
Akira is my favourite Magna Cartoon and just like they destroyed Judge Dredd I would hate them to destroy Akira too. But if it's done well even I can accept that not everything that comes out of Hollywood is crap. But my favourite film of last year was Troll Hunter - small independent film unit and was a complete success, Hollywood misses the mark too often.
