Whilst I mostly agree with what both of you are saying.I've heard of the 'shooters' that some farmers use instead,
they kill as many animals as possible for fun, not just foxes.

This is not something of whch I approve, but at least they don't dress up in ridiculous clothesand set a pack of ten dogs against a fox, accompanied by ten or fifteen braying lackwits on horses.

If you count modern camoflage and sometimes silenced weapons.Far more cruelty occurs to produce cheap meat.
