# well, personally I feel the whole taking people off the sick or DLA or whatever it's called now is basic eugenics
people dying while waiting for appeals is probably considered a success.

and if they are successful in appeals they go through it all again a few months later.

Thing is, the lowest rung of the ladder was already fucked up by labour introducing new deal, the work programme pretty much put the final nail in it.

Alas, the unemployment industry is a big cash cow now, it doesn't need to deliver, it just needs to exist thus pretending something is being done about it.

# it's just a vicious circle of bastards
ATOS: "Look, HM Government, we saved you some money by stopping these people's DLA. Give us a reward, in the form of some money. Also, we're heartless, rich bastards just like you, so we should be mates and that."
A4E: "Look, HM Government, we pretended saved you some money because some bloke we spoke to once has now got a job, even though it was nothing to do with us, so now he's not claiming JSA. Give us a reward, in the form of some money. Also, we're fraudulent, corrupt bastards just like you, so we should be mates and that."

# Absolutely the fact that New Labour did precisely what the Old Tories did really sticks in my throat.
It is all a charade, all these political parties need a pool of unemployed people to justify their dogma and to keep those in work from demanding better wages and conditions. The pool of unemployed people is used as a counter-balance to economic measures and at no point in history have we every had full employment. Smoke and Mirrors to distract us from the real agenda of diverting Public Money to private need and greed I.E. Banks, IMF, EU and WTO. but that's just my twopennethworth ;)

# as far as they are concerned, the only industry that matters in the slightest is the finance industry.
Anything else is beyond their understanding, so clearly, of no consequence.

Plus of course, that's their best place to be most happy once the political gig is over.

It's all poop ultimately :)
