I had a CDT teacher like that.He decided to walk into an open fire when he was one. He had a beard to hide his facial scarring. He also had next to no fingers. Still the best CDT teacher I ever had though.

My CDT teach had three stubs and a thumb stub on his right hand and four finger stubs and thumb on his left.He had no feeling in most of them and I remember him getting distracted when building the set for the school play. He looked back to what he was doing and said, 'Ooh. Look at that. I've nailed my thumb to the wall.':P
