Drop it on your Image Ready icon,
if that's the one you use. It'll open up with choices about how many frames you want to use etc etc. Good clean fun.

I've not seen the archives myself, but they've been used before by others.

*cough* is an excellent source for clips as well, and don't forget if you have a DVD drive or video capture capability you can make your own.

p.s. oh, and google has a filetype filter - just add "filetype:mpg" or "filetype:avi" or whatever to your search...
