I did once try making a curry with those hot bonnet chillisI had no idea what they were like, I used about three. When I was frying them up with garlic I gassed the entire household. I could hardly breathe from the noxious fumes.
Needless to say the curry was uneatable, but I ate it anyway. Hottest damn thing I ever cooked, even a phall seems weak in comparison.
