Not really, but they truly are horrible dogs.
They're bred to look like that and sometiimes the flaps of skin around there have to be sewn back to stop the dogs going blind.

i always thought they looked a bit cruel.
It must be tricky to keep all the flappy bits clean, and you'd have a great, warm, dark place for diseases to start.

My ex
used to show dogs at dog shows.
These people are the evilest people on earth, they lock their doggies up in cages, they snip their tales off, they prod and poke them all the time.
Horrible.
