thanks! i may just replace the one I have with that one, and make a clicky to the bigger one. i tried all sorts of optimisations in imageready, but without losing all the quality i couldn't do much about it.

won't read this, but just in case:
I just made the image 150 pixels wide, dropped the number of colours to 128 and turned off dithering (dithering is not great for gifs). the rest was simple ;)
