OiujaI once was so scared by doing a oiuja board that I cried.
I was eleven though.
We made it out of paper, (me and Stephen, my step brothers step brother) and once it had forfilled it's job of scaring the utter shit out of us we ripped it up and threw it in the bin, only for it to reappear on the kitchen floor about a dozen times.
And I had to sleep in my mums bed after that experience.
