Cindy. Oh god, Cindy.Before I moved in with blokey, I was living in a house in SoCal with an English guy, 2 scots and 2 Mexicans (all couples 'cept me n English guy).
The 2 scots moved out on account of pregnancy, so we got another girl in to cover the rent.
She was a really nice Texan lass, southern charm and all that.
Except:
She used to hide pot in my dresser in my fucking room. She had a dog that we found out had fleas.
She was on disability, so always paid her rent 3 days late (okay, no biggy).
She'd borrow money for food and not pay it back. We had a policy in the house - if it's there, eat/drink it as long as it's replaced. It was easy enough to stick to this policy, but this bitch used to go NUTS if one of us grabbed a soda she thought was hers.
English guy (oh yeah, also landlord - he's giving me away at my wedding) wanted to move his woman him, so gave me and Cindy 2 1/2 MONTHS notice which to me was more than acceptable as we weren't on a lease. She stopped paying rent, went totally psycho, told Bob that he was unreasonable and what was she supposed to do, she'd be homeless.
She had her boyfriend call him and the convo was thus:
Boyf: You are SO not a man
Bob: Let her move in with you then.
Boyf: Can't, wife would kill me.
Eventually, on the day she left (I'd gone by this time) she poured salt in all of the plants and we found out she had 3 different names.
