i don'tthink so, 'cos the point of the challenge is to make unlikely things 'street', which in itself is a polite way of saying 'like what black people in america wear', so the fact that pac-man is now brown rather than yellow fits the bill. also, it's not as though he's made the new pac-man to be worse (say stupider, or lazier or other racist stereotypes), so it's not saying that black is less good, which would be racist
