I seem to remember thateven though you have to repay money that isn't yours the bank has to treat it as an interest free loan so you pay it back at a nominal rate like a fiver a month.*

That is truebut only if you spend it unknowingly. If you knowingly spend it then you are committing fraud, and they can do you (up the arse, if they wish).
