I just wondered. A lot of people here are a lot older... we have heard of Thin Lizzy (and most other things...).

Actually, most b3ta regulars seem pretty well read/listened/etc regardless of age.

edit - I'm not quite old enough to have seen them live. I saw Gary Moore many years ago though.

is a reference to the pubs in UK closing - not b3ta closing.
A quaint old custom called 'closing time' happens due to archaic laws introduced to get people to work on time during the first world war that were never repealed.
