See that sticker on the cover that says special edition? Universal put them on UK cds in an effort to stop grey imports and stuff, because it marks them out as UK versions.

Quite often there's nothing special about them whatsoever. Some times there is, some times there ain't.

Aha! I did begin to wonder, when about every sixth CD in my collection had "Special Edition" stamped on it, as to the uniqueness content.
