Yes I saw it and no I didn't get it :)

Yeah a pool that is working would be ace, unfortunately mine isn't. It's a long story but in brief, I spent 6 hours of very very hard slog the other day ready to restart everything and my hard work has been wasted and I am not only back to square one but it's worse. I'm quite upset about it, putting it mildly, as now it is going to cost me dearly, I don't have the money and each day I leave it will make it worse and more costly to fix.

Edit: So this Norbert thing, is it froma website?
