Mmm... bed is good
Just very careful keeping the camera steady on tripod. Could then just erase the area around one copy of me and paste it into the other, I did a bit of counting of frames to time the movements.

The annoying flash was to try and overcome the problem that as I ran away I was reflected in the mirror, it was supposed to be a flash of me disapearing, but doesn't realy work.

Edit: Fortunately the flash looks like that of one of the fireballs/plasma balls.
