No, not really, becausethen you'd expect the question to be "why is michael jackson like neil armstrong" so for a difference question (since the joke doesn't work if it's not the difference, because AFAIK neil armstrong doesn't fiddle kiddies) it needs to be "one walks on the moon" so you expect the answer to be "and the other moon-walks". Got it?
