Btw, you should try creating two layers; one for the line art and a colour-layer underneath. That way you don't get that space between the block colour and the lineart. You could even use the wand to select the space on the lineart layer, expand by 2 pixels or so and then fill in colour underneath.

Unless you already know that in which case I apologise. Not trying to sound arrogant or anything, even if it does seem that way.
