I think that It's an invalid question.I generally behave like this in real life and, usually, people find me offensive and don't understand why anyone would ever want to talk to me, but I have a good group of friends and a fairly normal wife, so they tend to visit a couple more times and slowly realise I don't mean it.
I have an inability not to say the thing which comes to mind, but you may rest assured that I never mean what I am saying when I say 'Hamtoucher!' or 'cunt'. Occassionally (very occassionally) you might catch me ranting about racism or the environment or something, but I think it is fairly obvious when I am ranting - the posts get really long and are less offensive.
I think though that lubberly is not an expression I would use.
