the FAQ suggest images be around 50k in size. This is 190k

# you need to optimize it
to get the size to 50kb or under. If you're using photoshop, when you go "save for web" just move the "quality" slider to the left until the filesize is reduced enough.

Don't give up on posting here. It can seem kind of involved at first, and not everyone is helpful, but you'll get used to it really quickly and it's definitely worth it.
