Or the hat.

# I had to do it...
I couldn't resist. And yes I know not exactly of the future but whatever, it was fun.

# Is there any reason his hat is worn down to a stump
rather than a point? Not a criticism, but a curiosity.

# Fnord. you still around?

# And is he someone you think you want to go down the stretch with?
Is he of similar mind? Did he say it first?
On the surface it might seem a good thing.
(, Mon 6 Jan 2003, 7:47, archived)
# Yes, I want to go the stretch with him.
I said it first. I'm stupid. Fuck!

# No, i wish more women would say what they feel rather than wait for the guy to say something
How long have you known him?
(, Mon 6 Jan 2003, 7:51, archived)
# Almost two months.
Is that too soon? I don't deal with shit like this. I normally break up with them.

# I'm not the best advisor for this but it seems like you have a behaviour pattern
which you don't want to go on forever and would like to break it but you have it re-inforced by the fact that someone else HAS come along each time you keep your options open for the future.
Is there any way of comparing him to other people you've been in a similar situation with? Does he stand head and shoulders above them?
You probably have a niggling decision made already and eventualy that will probably be played out.
(all i'm saying is of course potential nonsense)

# He's the best guy
I've met in a long long time. It's been ages since I felt like this about anyone.
We just talked. I told him I wanted to break up but he won't let me.
So I guess we'll see how it plays out.
(, Mon 6 Jan 2003, 8:10, archived)
# probably
he is gay..
(, Mon 6 Jan 2003, 8:19, archived)
# if you really want to break up
then explain to him why and tell him how it normally plays out in the end. Give him a chance to get out early or proceed with 'the knowledge'.
