MeColleague spent 3 HOURS on the phone to Dell last week. Is this a record? All to request a site visit through our 'Support' contract to fix a PC.
Then when he tried to register 2 other faulty computers was told he'd have to call back as it was one PC per call for monitoring purposes and she couldn't open multiple repairs under the one ticket.
His response ran something along the lines of 'Fuck that - I'll chuck them in the skip and buy new ones. It'll be cheaper and quicker!'
