When a bear turns up in a Canadian town or a lion attacks a village in Africa, why do people hunt them down?
They're only looking for food like we do in the oceans or through breeding cattle and other livestock.
Surely there are far, far more humans than lions or bears, so it makes sense to let the lion or bear eat the people, at least until the numbers re-address themselves a bit.
this is even more ridiculous when the animals are already on endangered lists. The human race is so fucking stupid.

I think this may be a little misguided and could do more harm than good.

a bear will only kill when it is endangered or desperately hungry. It's body count would be very low even if it did have guns, knives or chainsaws.

i watch too much simpsons me thinks.
Cant we just give them hunny and make them friends with rabbits, pigs, kangeroos and tigers?
I think i just watch too much tv in general, would make good reality tv though

that would be ace.
Stick a bear in a hole, and see if a rabbit, a pig, a kangaroo and a tiger can free it!

the tiger would bite the bear in half, making the other half of the bear fall into the hole, then eat the pig as a victory dinner, the rabbit would see what was happening and peg it.
perhaps we could make it into some sort of riddle for kids.

what, give the animals guns to make things a bit more balanced you mean?
I think that's taking it a bit far.
