There is a bridge in the background.
This photo has been round the internet so many times, with lots of people saying 'wtf, lol, omg! is it real?'.
And the answer is, no it's fake.

However, on b3ta, we are peculiar. And therefore any picture featuring a shark is labelled as fake if there's no helicopter or bridge. Or a picture of a helicopter with no shark, etc. etc.
