Edit: An Historical Note for our Younger Members:
'Marine Boy' was a japanese/american cartoon which ran in the UK from 1969 to 1972. Marine Boy could breathe underwater thanks to the product whose packaging I have depicted above. It was quite good telly for a six year old, which is what I was, but OTOH it was probably a BAD BAD BAD idea to tell six year olds that chewing gum would let them breathe underwater.

According to the radiologist who did the X-rays for my immigration medical, I have abnormally large lungs. So large, infact, she couldn't get them all on one X-Ray slide and she had to do the bottom little but on a separate X-ray.
Thanks to this I can swim three lengths at the pool without coming up for air if I wear flippers.

I used to have a GF with abnormally large lungs.
So large, in fact, she couldn't get them all -- oh never mind.
