basically, I'm not saying that something shouldn't be donebut should we allow ASBOs to be granted on the basis of 'Balance of Probabilities' rather than 'Beyond Reasonable Doubt'. ASBOs would not often stand scrutiny in a court of law. It's much easier to pass them, and in some cases they can be passes without much in the way of due process.
