# so these are not your images?
and you are entering them in a competition, on b3ta? Can you see where this is going?
(, Mon 28 May 2007, 16:09, archived)
# and you haven't even mentioned the file sizes yet :)
although they are rather nice.

# Noon Geezer.
I've stopped looking at filesizes to be honest. It seems that most people don't care any more and are simply ignoring it. I'm not going to nazi anything now but this above needs pointing out. It's a bit out of order.

Edit:// tell that fool in the pink bar below he's on ignore will ya ;)

# it's a pity more people don't care really :(
for what essentially could take hours or even 5 mins on producing a picture, just 30 seconds to check and optimise
would help a hell of a lot of people on here who participate, but still have to use dial up or are on restricted bandwidth broadbeans... ah well, such is life
(, Mon 28 May 2007, 16:12, archived)
# Yep I certainly agree.
Listen ( and anyone else ). For a bit of fun I was going to make a video for YouTube. Just got the seqeuncer out and making a tune. I was going to set some of my beta images to a piece of my music in a kind of MTV style music video arrangement. Trouble is I've hardly got enough good stuff to last a 4 minute or so song. If there is anything you or anyone else would like me to add to it IM me with a link.

# what sort of stuff are you looking for, I have plenty of silly stuff here:
(, Mon 28 May 2007, 16:19, archived)
# anything really
short anims would work. Too much text might not. I just suppose anything you don't mind being on youtube ( credited of course ) I guess mainly though, stills you are proud of that fit a 4:3 screen best. ( i.e nothing too tall as it will black bar on both sides and be too small to see )

I guess anything anyone is proud of, gaz me with a link and I'll fit it in. ( I've got to write the song first, give me 20 minutes ;)

# not your work, but entered in the Image Challenge anyway
Did you find it particularly challenging copying and pasting the html?

Also, B3ta has a suggested 50k image size, these are all about 100k each.

# you can get away with filesizes

# well crickey...

I said the paintings weren't by me!
They are by the Chinese guy , and if anybody followed the link ( so I should put it in the links sections as well , ok ) then they can see his other paintings ... because I am the English guy that writes his reviews etc. + the biggest file size I saw for the pics was 332x240 pixels so I don't know why the size is too big. If it really is a problem then I'll log into my Photobucket account and / or resize them ... but connecting there takes ages on my crappy CDMA modem and it's 1am in the morning here.
