I fail to see how you can say Robocop is satirical and Brazil isn'twhen the government, setting and such is pretty much identical. Especially given how it is critically acclaimed as a dark satire... The whole point of Brazil was not futurism, given that the entire enviroment was even worse than it currently is, it was the cutting officious nature of the government and existence and Sam Lowry's attempts to escape it through fantasy. That's not mentioning the autocratic government departments which are frankly haunting.
Also I wouldn't class Hollowman as satire.
