I've seen Tool, Radiohead, Muse, James Brown, Squarepusher, Aphex Twin, Pendulum, Seasick Steve, Guns 'n' Roses, Metallica and a bunch of other good bands.
Although, I don't like GnR or Metallica.

The only one I remotely like/recognise is Cobra Starship.And not because they're any good.
But because they wrote the song "Snakes On A Plane" for the credits of Snakes On A Plane.
Me and Kit do a fucking ace accapella version of it. And it's the only justifiable band you've mentioned so far. :)

That is a good song.It features Travis from Gym Class Heroes and Maja Ivarrson from The Sounds. i have yet to see them live. :[ I would list others I've seen, but I don't remember everyone from Bamboozle and Warped Tour.
