Well...it looks like it was with taxpayer money - although no one is sure. Frankly, I coundnt care less, but when someone comes in as mr. squeaky-clean, and closed down several of said rings - makes him look like a big fat hypocrite. OF course making enemies of people of sorts didnt help him either.
