Ooookay...Can't find the app I used to do it, but I've found a 'one-click solution' for XP Service Pack 2 that's clean of malware and viruses and the like...

And this is the file you have to download and run (I've D/L-ed and scanned it and it's not got any bad stuff lurking within!): www.megaupload.com/?d=YWWXEHI2 (you can just stick it on a flash drive and transfer it to the pc that needs activating)
Hope it works out for ya - the video looks like it works with XP Pro Service Pack 2, but it may work with other versions...
