In the UK, that is illegalLorries aren't allowed in the 3rd lane. I agree with Letum though - shouldn't be allowed in the 2nd lane either. Maybe we can dig some very large pits in the outside lane with spring loaded doors at just the right tension to allow cars accross, but anything larger to fall through.
