I rang the second one up a few months ago to ask about getting it delivered as I'd noticed the houses up the road got it but we never had.
I was told that they 'didn't deliver to my part of the road'. When this was repeated back to confirm I'd heard right it was explained further, in a very 'explaining to the idiot' tone, that they couldn't deliver to ALL of the area.
Huh.
