It's quite funny watching the reactionto the comments about the NHS, from the other side of the channel. Hannan didn't say he wanted to do away with universal healthcare, he just said that the NHS isn't the best model. Anyone thinking the NHS is the best model hasn't experienced continental healthcare standards and probably doesn't realise what they're missing. No offence to the doctors and nurses of the NHS, as it is not their fault that they are underresourced and suffering from too much bureaucracy. Nothing wil change, though, because it's being handled the same like immigration, debate is stifled by immediate misrepresentation and polarisation of any negative views.
