Would be nice to see the score go up but I hate myself for daring to level any kind of criticism for something that awesome :)

# Fighting with filesize. I had dial spin and the title illumination in, but won't go less than 600k.
Was supposed to be transparent too, but it adds over 300k for that alone.

Did you use a duplicate layer for each position of the twits, or only use one and other one when the face was mirrored and just move the layers?

# Layers moved, just the one mirror dup.
It's the per frame cleanup costs. Lot of it. Faster(ie smaller) for the gif encoder
to do big dirty rectfill with background than all the erases. Just a guess.
