I recallher calling the number, and the guy asking 'are you shaved'. Amelie says 'what do you mean' and the guy says 'Shaved. Fur Pie doesn't sell' and she hangs up.

But..between the phone call and the next scene she must have somehow got in contact or tracked the whereabouts of Nino. Or it might have been another chnace meet, but she looked as though she was in disguise. Still, as long as I didn't miss anything crucial..
