see you didn't say that, you just wanted it above all others.

You can change layer visibility in ANY fram and have it affect all others by selecting "match layer across frames" from the Animation palette's submenu. :-)

you can turn that off in the 'layer' menu if you like ('propogate frame 1 changes' - it annoys some people).

you can select more than one frame if you want to (using shift) and turn as many layers on or off as you like...
