many thanks to all those who responded and helped out.very much appreciated. i'm not sure what effect all this will have in the short term but i am exploring new legal angles here and will spend part of the weekend writing letters and documenting the reports already made. a friend here has suggested i document this on blogspot as well, so may have to see if i can do that.
