Emperor Yes is a musical ensemble that comprises Ash Gardner (producer, engineer and House of Strange studios owner who has worked with for the likes of Ash, Mumford and Sons, Noah and the Whale, Emmy the Great and Summer Camp, Adam Betts (Three Trapped Tigers) and Hugo Sheppard.

The trio produce psychedelic influenced pop music along the lines of The Flaming Lips and recently released their debut single ‘Wasps’ – video directed by Chris Boyle (The Who, Dizzee Rascal, Warp).

Emperor Yes have garnered attention from Pitchfork, 6 Music, the 405 and were named ‘Artist of the week’ on Amazing Radio plus performed at Green Man Festival.

Tail Feather are a four-piece from Reading. They have a fluid approach to their songs that is not as constrained by arrangement and form like much modern music. They evoke a sense of the freedom and rawness of the sixties and seventies that lends much of the focus to groove and feel, allowing the music to grow and breathe; meaning no two live sets are the same.
