There's quite a bit of time lapse on there, but how fast, relative the earth's surface is the ISS going?

This is a normal post One orbit every 92 mins (or thereabouts)
Call it 90 mins (5400 seconds).

Earth circumference is approx 40000km so that's a surface velocity of ~7.4 km/sec

This is a normal post What about the actual velocity though? Because its orbit must be more than 40000km.
Unless it's orbiting a few foot from the ground.
