This is a normal post coffeescript? eugh
was going into typescript but decided best way was vanilla JS... still not sure if that was a wise move, but fuckit, it's only a language, they seem to come and go like a coming-and-going type thing at the moment. In *my* day there were BASIC, and, err, 6502 assembler. Them were the days, we were poor, but we were 'appy.

This is a normal post AS and JS are so similar structurally...
If you haven't already taken a look at, I would highly recommend: http://books.google.com/books/about/JavaScript.html?id=F9ybAgAAQBAJ

This is a normal post Hey, babes, no. I feel your pain.
I've phoned Sting & Bono: They're gonna organise a benefit concert for whiny middle-aged men struggling with slightly reduced frame rates on computer games.
STAY STRONG XOXOXOX

This is a normal post Well I was thinking more of the educational value and the high end pc demands conflicting with that aim
Was at a keynote address by Vu Bui the other day and he was saying how good it was that minecraft is used as an educational tool and allows a lot of people to be creative.

Which is all well and good when you have access to high end pcs but unless times have changed schools don't have that budget.

Hopefully Microsoft will rebuild the entire game in a faster language to make it more accessible.
