This is a normal post There is a very similar video
where a motorbike is fitted out with LIDAR and the helmet tells the driver where a car is, to prevent getting run over. The motorcyclist pulls out and is immediately hit by a car.
I suspect this and that video are both from a very dark Danish version of The Fast Show.

I actually thought it was Dutch, but my point is really, these two clips could quite happily slip into a Blue Jam / Eurotrash type show. I am going to pitch this idea to the European BBC whatever that is.

There's a transition at 1:16 (keep an eye on the white road marking at the bottom left and you'll see it jump slightly)

Closing with a road safety message somewhat gives it away as fakety-fake-fake.
