Nah accents aren't racist.
Because it's a local effect, not a racial one. You can get white people with Jamaican accents. You can get asian people with Australian accents. You can get fucking Americans with fucking annoying American accents - and it's not racist of me to say that or make fun of the accents... at least I don't think so... I mean, unless you're saying some racist shit in an accent.
But yeah, there are Asian people with that accent, and some no doubt have nail salons.
