OK for off road and all the water/ice stuff
But it would be hell on pavement. The steering by individual wheel braking is similar
to small loading tractors like the Bobcat, on low friction surfaces it works OK
but scrub on high friction is hard to work with!
I wouldn't turn one down if it was a gift.
