Yep, they're sorta 'rivals' of AKB48
Mouse have a couple of shops in Akiba (Akihabara, 'electric town' in Tokyo). The "AKB" in AKB48 refers to Akiba too.
The '46' is because there are/were 46 of them - although AKB48 now seems to have about 200.
And yeah, Himeka Nakamoto from Nogizaka46 is the Sister of Suzuka Nakamoto (Su-metal) of Babymetal.
BTW, when in the mouse-hole, she mentions 'safety', but says "de-CHU" instead of "de-su"; "Chu" is the noise a mouse makes (squeak squeak).
